At the Loop Dental Center we offer 24 Hr. appointment service, complimentary inital consultation. To schedule an appointment please call our office at 1-800-219-6000. Our staff will be pleased to speak with you and make every effort to accommodate your schedule.

Please call our office at 1-800-219-6000 and our communications associates will contact your doctor.

Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to accommodate other patients in need. If you fail to keep your appointment there will be $25 charge.

Financial Policy

For your convenience, we accept cash, check, or major credit cards. If you have dental insurance, please email this information to our office manager Lynn Bryant and she will verify your insurance coverage and benefits before your office visit. Remeber to provide suscriber insurance name, date of birth , social security number and customer service

We also offer interest free financial loans thru either CareCredit, CapitalOne or Chase based on work that is needed. If you would like to apply, please email Lynn Bryant and she will email you an application.
